VitaZen.net Return Policy

 Most issues with orders can be resolved without going through the trouble of making a return. Feel free to contact us to try to correct any problems at brett@vitazen.net .

 You may return unopened items for a refund or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to VitaZen within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with, or issue credit to your PayPal account for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.

 If you are returning a free shipping item there is a mandatory deduction of $5.00 from your total refund.

 Instructions:
1. Safely pack your return in a sturdy box with adequate packing materials.  VitaZen is not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items. Credit or an exchange cannot be issued if the product is not resalable.
2. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order & indicate whether your desire to return or exchange the product. Note the items you are returning on the copy and place the copy in the box with the products. If you are exchanging, please include a description of the item you wish to exchange for. Please include contact information.
3. Please send all returns to the address listed below.
4. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
